200ml fresh lemon juice
500g fine sugar

To prepare the Citrus Syrup: Put every components inside a saucepan, heat until it reaches a light boil, stirring so the sugar melts. After that, turn off the heat and leave to cool down entirely. Transfer into a clean bottle, cap it and refrigerate it in the refrigerator, it can be stored for about four weeks.

For the Batch Mix: Mix the specified spirits and syrup into one big jug, leave to sit for 60 minutes, then strain preferably using cheesecloth, making it fully clarified.

For serving: Add 85ml of the premix into your stirring glass packed with ice, gently stirring lightly for about 60 seconds until cold. Pour to a chilled martini glass or equivalent, garnish with the cranberries and finish using a quick spritz of mandarin oil over the top.
